A New 10k Running Playlist At 150 – 160 BPM

Another week, another running playlist, and this time, a 150-160 bpm running playlist.

This running playlist is starting to get fast! The running music in this list will really get your heart pumping and I recommend you use it if you plan to run the 10k at a higher speed.

It’s also 1:14 hours long, so you’ll have plenty of time to listen to it and finish your 10k fast!

A New 10k Running Playlist At 140 – 150 BPM

running playlist

Continuing the series of running playlists organized by BPM, this week, we have a new 10k running playlist at BPM ranging from 140-150.

This week’s running playlist can really get your heart pumping and is great for a moderate to fast 10k that’s a lot of fun to run to.

As usual, I made sure to include a wide variety of genres in this running playlist so there’s something for everyone and it’s 1:21 hours long, so you’ll have plenty of time for your 10k run.

10k Running Playlist At 130 – 140 BPM

running playlist

Last week, I posted a running playlist at 120-130 BPM. So as you may guess, This week’s running playlist is at 130-140 BPM.

I also made sure this running playlist is very diverse. It has quite a selection of music, ranging from country, to rock, to alternative and even dance and pop.

This running playlist is 1 hour 23 minutes long, so it’s great for a 10k running playlist.

10k Running Playlist At 120 -130 BPM

I’ve been away for a while, but now I’m back with some more running music for your running playlist.
Since we’re starting up after a break, and we may be a bit rusty, I thought I’d start slow with a 120-130 BPM running playlist.

This playlist is 1 hour and 19 minutes long, so plenty of time for an nice and easy 10k.

Alternative Rock Running Playlist For Your Running Music Collection ((tag: rock, music, running , runningplaylist)

running playlistrunning playlist

Today I’m posting another alternative rock running playlist for your running music collection.
You may have noticed, there’s a new Metric album out, called Synthetica. I’m still not sure how I feel about it. I really liked their previous album, Fantasies, and I have 3 songs from there on my all time favorite fast running playlist, but I’m still on the fence with the new one and I need to listen to it a few more times to decide how much I like it.

Anyway, as usual, these songs are all over 120 BPM so they are good for running with an average BPM of 143.

Pop Running Music for your Running Playlist

running playlist

Today’s running music for your running playlist is mostly pop music.
I built this list to remember some of the good and not so good songs we had in the top of the charts last year.
I decided to include Lady Gaga and Nicki Minaj even though i really don’t like them anymore since they are pretty popular and some of their songs don’t suck as much :)
All these songs are over 120 BPM, so they will fit well in your running playlist, and I also managed to sneak in a country song since technically it was in the pop top 10 at some point last year…

Free Rock Running Music For Your Running Playlist

rock running playlist

I have a lot of running music on my running playlist most times, so when I found this gem, I immediately downloaded all the songs.
The album I’m showcasing today is a sampler of new songs from the Sxsw festival in Austin, TX. It includes songs from bands you won’t usually hear on the radio, and I thought I’d share these so we can all learn about some new cutting edge music.

The list is free on amazon.com (at least when this post was written), but you can also download it from iTunes as well.
I encourage you to explore the whole list, but I included a sample of the higher BPM songs.

More Running Music For Your Running Playlist At 130 BPM

running playlist

I’ve been ver busy lately, training hard for a big run, but I wanted to share some running music for your running playlist so that you have something to listen to while I’m “away”.
I’ve been very disappointed with “The Voice” lately, I’m following “American Idol” and “The Voice” and there is a clear quality divide between the 2. I don’t know if it’s the actual singers or the quality of the microphones or what, but American Idol makes The Voice look like a high school performance. I was sorry to see Elise leave lsat night, but she really deserved it. That Jimmy Hendrix song was probably the worst song she could have picked. It’s a nice song, but way too artsy and weird for the show’s audience.
