A 4th of July Running Playlist for Independence Day

The fourth of July is coming this weekend in the US (and I guess it’s coming in the rest of the world too…:) and that means that it’s Independence Day. So what better than a running playlist full of patriotic and inspiring songs to get you in the mood?

This week’s running playlist is made of songs that are about freedom, independence or … wait for it… fireworks! I made sure these are all songs with a BPM of over 120, so you can actually run to them, and also included some diversity, even though country is more dominant in this playlist than it usually is.

This running playlist averages out at 131 BPM and is 48 minutes long. So go for a run, then have a beer and watch some fireworks to celebrate the birth of the USA and I’ll see you next week!
