Running Playlist: iTunes top 10 BPM analysis: 04-06-2011

This week’s iTunes top 10 is great for any running playlist. Most of the songs on this list are high on BPM and the quality ain’t that bad either.
Now that Glee is off the air, there’s a lot more diversity in the list, and I’m happy to say that there’s even a country song in the top 10 for a change,Honey Bee by Blake Shelton.

I can’t really write this post without mentioning Glee again, and I’ve been fooling around on iTunes quite a lot lately, and recently noticed this: Glee: The Music Presents The Warblers. Great way to capitalize on the new sound Glee has to offer, and honestly, I think they were carrying most of the last season, so good for them!

One last thing I want to mention is that Britney has another song in the top 10 –  Till The World Ends. I just noticed the name of her album, Femme Fatale. I have a feeling she needs to get an image makeover… She’s talented enough to sell her music without having to resort to cheap “look at me, I’m sexy” tricks…
